Song For A Blind Girl.

The Mighty Stef

So, I hope you’re all aware that The Mighty Stef are headlining Whelan’s this Friday with the support of WOUNDS and Sisters, and if you’re not, well, shame on you.
The lads will be playing their first Dublin gig after returning from L.A. where they’ve been recording with the aid of legendary producer Alain Johannes (Yes, you read right, the Alain Johannes associated with QOTSA, Mark Lanegan, Them Crooked Vultures.)

Anyway, TMS have just gone and given us a wee taster of what’s to come. The track is called Song  For A Blind Girl, and it’s sounding rootsy and earthy in the best possible way. The production values are excellent; working with Alain Johannes has made TMS sound better than ever—this album is going to be one hell of an offering.

You can get tickets for The Mighty Stef at Whelan’s from Ticketmaster or WAV Tickets for a mere €10 (Exc. fees) and I for one simply can’t wait!
